If you are a new NHS Patient, please contact Abigail Best Electrolysis Directly to book your Consultation. You will not be able to this via the booking platform.

You will be required to pay for the full cost of any treatment selected at the time of booking unless you are booking funded treatments.

If you cancel or move your booking with less than 48 hours notice, the cost of your treatment is NON REFUNDABLE with no exceptions and you will be expected to pay in full for any further bookings.

If you are on a course of treatment and you cancel or move your booking with less than 48 hours notice you will lose that pass / treatment, with no exceptions and you will need to use another pass / treatment, to book further appointments.

If you are an NHS Patient and you cancel / move an appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will lose the time you had booked from your alloted NHS hours.

If you are unhappy with any of the above terms then please do not book an appointment.

Abigail Best Electrolysis is a small business and last minute cancellations and no shows have a massive effect finanacially on my business.

ABIGAIIL BEST ELECTROLYSIS DOES NOT TOLERATE ANY FORM OF ABUSE
If a client becomes abusive prior to or during an appointment, your treatment will be cancelled or cut short.
No refund will be given if the appintment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or the treatment has to be cut short.
